I bought a couple of things from Arenasport and the checkout was mostly easy. The pages loaded fine, my payment went through on the first try, and I appreciated being able to see the shipping cost before paying. Nothing felt confusing while I was going through it. The only thing that bothered me was the final confirmation page taking a while to show up. For a minute I wasn’t sure if the order had actually gone through, and that kind of made me lose a little confidence in the process. I did get the confirmation email afterward, so it worked out, but that delay is why I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5.

I ordered my usual size, and somehow it ended up feeling way tighter than it should have. The quality seems fine and shipping was okay, but the size guide is misleading and that’s on them. It’s frustrating because I shouldn’t have to guess or size up when I’m following their chart.
